Mt Stirling XC Skiing and Snow Camping

On Friday evening we will travel to Mt Stirling resort and camp overnight near Telephone Box Junction. Saturday will be a pack carry ski to Bluff Spur hut about 2 hrs in good conditions  from TBJ and camp overnight.  Saturday will be a full day ski trip to Craigs Hut and return.

Sunday we will return to the Mt Stirling resort aiming to return about lunchtime.

You will need to have cross country skied with a pack before have an appropriate tent , skis, clothing and sleeping bag for the snow of course but you can email or ring me for advice.

This event may be relocated to Falls Creek if insufficient snow at Mt Stirling and may also need to be postponed/cancelled in the event of bad weather.
