Beginners XC Skiing and Snow Camping

Been wanting to try cross country skiing and snow camping? Well if you can bushwalk carrying a pack then you can ski on gentle terrain carrying one as well.

A favorite campsite of mine is only 5km from Windy Corner at Falls Creek where skis can be hired and where cars are parked.

You will need to have appropriate tent, clothing and sleeping bag for the snow of course but you can email or ring me for advice.

We will meet at my place in Baranduda at 7-00am and pool transport from there.  Should be back at Baranduda by 6pm on the sunday. This event may need to be postponed/cancelled in the event of bad weather.
