Dragonboat paddling with Bravehearts On The Murray

To paddle is to have fun.

In March there will be a regatta that community teams can race in.

I suggest that MurrayValley Bushwalkers join in.

It is a good time now to get a feel for the boat.

Dragonboat paddling uses timing and technique.

There are some spaces in the boats at present.

The schedule and the training regime are relaxed at this end of the season.

The coach is currently teaching technique rather than physical strength.

Let's enjoy it while we can.

Bravehearts On The Murray Inc will be running the local regatta.

Further training will be conducted for the whole team in February and March, prior to the Victorian long weekend.

Let's make the most of the opportunity provided to the community by Bravehearts.
