Canoe the Murray

After work Canoeing is back! There will be a regular program of after work paddles on Thursday evenings during the 2012-2013 daylight savings period. We meet at Cumberoona Wharf Albury at 5-30 to 5-45 pm and get transported to Donkey Farm or the Waterworks from where we paddle downstream back to Noreuil Park or get picked up again - transport , hire of canoes, paddles and personal flotation devices are supplied by Dave Breedon the Canoe Guy from Murray River Canoe Hire at a cost of $10 per person. The paddle will be over by 7pm after which we will have a catered for bbq with byo salads to share at Noreuil Park at a cost of $3 per person. Bookings needed to confirm food to be purchased for the bbq and for Dave to make the necessary transport and hire arrangements.
