Event Report: Turned left into Jelbart Road at the top of Jindera Gap. Carpark was on the left, where the track begins. It was a beautiful sunny day with a few clouds, but no sign of rain. We followed the Ridge Trail along Nail Can Hill, Monument Hill and then to Albury Botanical Gardens.

The grass was a lush deep green and many wildflowers along route. It got quite warm and the temperature reached 22 degrees Celsius. Mt Bogong had a dusting of snow which was on our left. About 10 kms along Mt Buffalo was spotted on our right. A very scenic undulating walk with a couple of short steep hill sections and rough surfaces. Enjoyed many beautiful views over farmland, the mountains and the town of Albury and Wodonga. It was a leisurely 5 hr walk and we achieved 13kms - there was quite a bit of elevation gain (700m) and lost (850m) however!
