Australia’s 10 highest peaks are located in the southern end of the Kosciuszko National Park… and you can visit them on the ten summits challenge with photographer Mike Edmondson.

This four-day program allows time to enjoy the wonderful alpine scenery without feeling that you need to rush off to the next summit.

The average walker takes 25 hours (not including breaks) to reach all summits. The challenge is a great way to get fit while exploring Kosciuszko NP

Guests can either stay in Thredbo Village, or a camping four-day option is available for those wishing to camp close to the peaks in scenic locations – walk to the peaks with light day packs and watch the sun set and rise from camp.

The cost includes Full Liability Insurance, NPWS guide fees and charges (this doesn’t include the National Park’s Visitor/Car entry fee), fully qualified and experienced guide mountain guide for four days, Kosciuszko Express Chairlift for three days, communications, first aid kit, water purification tablets and navigation equipment. You’ll also receive a Ten Peaks Certificate.
