Tuesday walk - rail trail: Old Tallangatta to Bullioh: 8 km grade 2
Meet in the carpark at Bunnings Wodonga at 8.30am to organise car pooling/shuffling. We will drive to the Old Tallangatta roadside lookout. Then we walk the rail trail to Bullioh for 8 km where we will have left a car or 2.
This will be spectacular with the flood waters of Lake Hume extending back under the Old Tallangatta road bridge.
Please adhere to any State or Federal COVID-19 health regulations. Members must provide their own sanitisers, gloves, wipes, masks.
Toilets are available in the Bunnings carpark, Bullioh and at Tallangatta.
dogs OK ; but remember as this is a car pooling event please respect the cars of fellow walkers.
Bring water and a morning tea snack. Coffee and cake/lunch afterwards for those interested.

GRADE 2
No bushwalking experience required. The track has a hardened or compacted surface that may have a gentle hill section or sections and occasional steps.
GRADE 3
Suitable for most ages and fitness levels. Some bushwalking experience recommended. Track may have short steep hill sections, a rough surface and many steps.
Day Walking

- Water - up to 2 litres recommended for a full day walk
- Sunscreen
- Gloves and hat
- Sufficient food bearing in mind the distance and duration of the event
- Suitable clothing and footwear - note denim pants are uncomfortable
- Wet weather waterproofs, jacket and pants
- Walking poles
- Gaiters
- Basic first aid kit including your specific medication eg asthma applicator
- Torch or headlamp for contingencies
