Intermediate Abseiling - The Rock Nature Reserve, The Rock
Meet at 7.15am for an 7.30am departure at the Visitors Info Centre on the Lincoln Causeway between Albury and Wodonga. We will return to the meeting point at the end of the day, approximatley 6.30pm. A ride can be organised if needed. The vehicle expenses need to be devided between the travelers.
Cost: $85.00 for club members and $95.00 for non club members.
Cash payment required on the day.
Minimum of 6, Maximum of 8 people on this trip.

Included:
- Revision and Supervision of Abseiling Techniques and Saftey Instruction.
- All Abseil equipment. Bring your own gloves for health reasons.
Abseilers need to bring:
- A hat, sunsmart clothing and sunscreen.
- Drinking water. (minimum 2 liters, 3 liters recommended on hot days)
- Lunch and snacks.
- Hiking Boots.
- Gloves. eg leather gardening gloves.
- Head torch.
- A day pack to carry items from the car park to the abseiling site.
- Wet weather gear and thermals incase it's raining or cold.
Important Information:
Abseiling for beginners is highly recomended if you havn't abseiled before you participate in Intermediate and Advanced Abseiling, Caving and Canyoning trips run by the club.
Alcohol or Illicit drugs are not to be consumed while you are participating in MVB Abseiler activities and you cannot participate in MVB Abseiler activities if you are affected by illicit drugs or alcohol consumed prior to the commencement of the activity.
A minimum age if 14 years old is required to participate in our Abseiling activities.
Participants under 18 years old need to have a consent form signed by their parent or legal guardian. This can be filled out on the day or obtained from Neil on request.
