Tuesday morning walk - Lake Hume foreshore grade 2 - 5 km
This walk will commence on the NSW side of Bethanga Bridge and head along the Lake Hume foreshore to the Lake Hume Resort. Some hidden beaches and a lot of rocky outcrops to explore. After morning tea we will head back to the start via some bush tracks above the lake.
Meet at Anaconda carpark (NSW Harvey Norman complex) at 8.30am or at Lake Hume Park (aka Apex Park), on the NSW side of the Bethanga Bridge at 8.45am.
Please advise which meeting place you would prefer when you register.

Toilets available at Harvey Norman complex, Apex Park and near the Lake Vue Cafe.
Coffee and cake at a nearby cafe afterwards for those interested.

GRADE 2
No bushwalking experience required. The track has a hardened or compacted surface that may have a gentle hill section or sections and occasional steps.
GRADE 3
Suitable for most ages and fitness levels. Some bushwalking experience recommended. Track may have short steep hill sections, a rough surface and many steps.
Day Walking

- Water - up to 2 litres recommended for a full day walk
- Sunscreen
- Gloves and hat
- Sufficient food bearing in mind the distance and duration of the event
- Suitable clothing and footwear - note denim pants are uncomfortable
- Wet weather waterproofs, jacket and pants
- Walking poles
- Gaiters
- Basic first aid kit including your specific medication eg asthma applicator
- Torch or headlamp for contingencies
