Meet in Beechworth at 10a Diffey rd at 9am. Carpool from Wodonga - please contact Sharon Roberts on 0429145498 for carpooling from Wodonga.
Walk start point at the carpark near Lady Newton drive. We will walk up Lady Newton drive, stopping to admire the view at the top for morning tea. Then the loop will continue along Six mile road, back along Jensen's track, past Bates Dam to finish back where we started. Approx 8km with some hills, grade 3, moderate walk due to hills. Walk is on formed roads so hopefully not too muddy.
Bring your raingear, a snack for morning tea, water 2 litres recommended for day walks, warm clothing, gloves and a beanie might be a good idea for tomorrow too.
Lunch afterwards at a Beechworth cafe if desired.
