Gateway lake Bravehearts boatshed

From Wodonga turn left at the traffic lights on the Lincoln Causeway.

Take care when crossing the bicycle path and immediately turn right to travel parallel.

Then drive on a gravel road north, west, then south around the Gateway Lakes park.

The launching point is through the gate that is opposite the Parks Albury Wodonga office.

By the way, that old homestead was part of the Lemke dairy farm.

 From Albury turn right immediately south of the Union bridge over the Murray river at the Porta sculpture. Take care when crossing the north bound lanes and the bicycle path.

Travel west then south around the Gateway Lakes park.

Park car or continue riding left through the gate and look south toward the boatshed.

 From the launching ramp, look east across the lake to the hotel St Ives. That is when you are lining up to get into the dragonboat.
