Hi all

Maximum of 10 participants - please check club's Covid-19 advice below

GRADE 3 Suitable for most ages and fitness levels. Some bushwalking experience recommended. Track may have short steep hill sections, a rough surface and many steps.

Spring is a great time to walk the hills of Baranduda with wildflowers birds and the bees - weather is quite variable this time of the year so check the Baranduda forecast  and check the what to bring below

Short walk of up to 2 hours duration at Baranduda with some off track and 100m elevation gain

This is a dog friendly walk with the usual advisory re kangaroo and wallaby pursuits.   

What to Bring for Day Walking

  • Current Medical Information Form - LOGIN FIRST  and then it can be FOUND ON THE WEBSITE HERE 
  • Water - up to 2 litres recommended for a full day walk
  • Sunscreen
  • Gloves and hat
  • Sufficient food bearing in mind the distance and duration of the event 
  • Suitable clothing and footwear - note denim pants are uncomfortable
  • Wet weather waterproofs, jacket and pants
  • Walking poles
  • Gaiters
  • Basic first aid kit including your specific medication eg asthma applicator
  • Torch or headlamp for contingencies

 Due to current COVID-19 health requirements health requirements, Members should provide their own sanitisers, gloves, wipes etc and if car pooling is required, please contact registered member for request, as per Committee Meeting 20/5/2020. DHHS website provides the most up to date Covid-19 regulations in Victoria

It is also suggested that we each bring our "coffee and cake" for end of walk chat at the Jamison Drive park if sunny or at Tonys place if not

We will meet in Jamison Drive opposite Tony's place at 9am .
