Join me for a short walk of up to 2 hours duration at Baranduda with some off track and 100m elevation gain
GRADE 3 Suitable for most ages and fitness levels. Some bushwalking experience recommended. Track may have short steep hill sections, a rough surface and many steps.
Autumn is a great time to walk the lowlands of Baranduda - weather is quite stable this time of the year but check the Baranduda forecast
What to Bring for Day Walking
This is a dog friendly walk with the usual advisory re kangaroo and wallaby pursuits.
- Current Medical Information Form - LOGIN FIRST and then it can be FOUND ON THE WEBSITE HERE
- Water - up to 1 litres recommended for a half day walk
- Sunscreen
- Gloves and hat
- Some snacks
- Suitable clothing and footwear - note denim pants are uncomfortable
- Wet weather waterproofs, jacket and pants
- Walking poles recommended but not essential
- Basic first aid kit including your specific medication eg asthma applicator
- It is also suggested that we each bring our "coffee and cake" for end of walk chat at the Jamison Drive park if sunny or at Tonys place if not
We will meet in Jamison Drive opposite Tony's place at 9am .
